Introduction to Nadi Shodana pranayama [beginner’s version]

Nadi Shodana is aimed at purifying the subtle energy channels of the body and balancing the mind. Consciously relax all the fractions of the face and forehead, the shoulders and the arms before and during the practice. Please note that when learning a new pranayama, it is always recommended to do so with the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher. Namaste
