Yoga Class: observation of the breath, asana and relaxation - 1h1'3’ - ENGLISH

Namaste,

Join me for this 1h13' yoga class that starts with a short meditation on the natural breath, followed by postures from Hatha, and some movements from Kundalini, yoga. We finish the class with a final relaxation in Savasana. Difficulty of the asana part: medium.

Please mind the technical side of things: I am aware that the quality of the image and the sound are at times impacted by e.g. my camera having its own life and keeping refocusing, but I am working on this. :) Please also note that he first part of the video is in SD format, while the second half is in HD. The next videos will be in HD, I promise. :)
