The Art of Breathing

A simple and accessible space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and learn to breathe more consciously.

Sometimes stress, tension, or a busy pace of life manifest in the body without us even realizing it: short or restricted breathing, a sense of contraction, a posture that gradually closes in on itself, or difficulty fully letting go.

Taking time to slow down and return to the breath can then become a simple way to create more space, mobility, and presence in both body and mind.

This practice combines a few gentle yoga-inspired movements, different approaches to breathing, and a period of guided meditation.
The focus is not on physical performance, but rather on presence, breath awareness, and inner listening.

Through a variety of breathing practices—including deep breathing, heart coherence breathing, and other simple and accessible techniques—we explore how the breath can support the nervous system, calm the mind, and create more space within both the body and the mind.

The session concludes with a few minutes of meditation and quiet integration.

No previous experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.
This space is open to anyone who wishes to slow down, breathe more fully, and take a moment for themselves.
